What we do


Since always our aim has been the raising of manchega-breed sheep under organic standards. During these years we have learned a lot what combined with knowledge and traditions make it possible to do organic cheese with respect to the environment, biodiversity and the culture of our land.

We were the first organic livestock in the province of Ciudad Real. We were the first organic PDO Manchego cheese in the world.

Now that we have grown, we want to continue doing so by sharing our routine and our know-how with all of you. We shall continue working hard in order to make our organic Manchego -the one we know best- become better and better.
