One family, 300 hectares, 3500 sheep, 25 years and a great cheese


 18 years ago, at Finca Fuentillezjos, we decided to star our long-awaited adventure of making our own organic Manchego farmhouse cheese. Across these 18 years we have had loads of illusions, good moments and -of course- some adversities, that’s life!

2019 arrived with a new dairy and facilities, the “FuentiQuesería”. Finally, we completed the cycle and everything of the making-of-the-cheese is done within the farm: ewes, lambs, milk and cheese.
